Position Title : Software Engineer

Location : San Jose, CA

Position Type : Full-Time (Permanent)

Start Timeline : ASAP

Work Policy : Onsite 5 days / week

Relocation Support : $5,000 stipend

Sponsorship : Available for qualified candidates

Compensation : $150,000 $200,000 base + equity (details provided during interview process)

Role Summary

We are hiring 2 junior and 2 senior Software Engineers to design and build foundational infrastructure

for an AI-first enterprise platform. You will collaborate with top-tier engineers in a fast-paced, hands-on

environment. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in highly technical settings and want to help

architect scalable systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable backend systems and cloud-native services
Collaborate with AI / ML teams to develop intelligent workflows
Optimize performance, cost, and maintainability of production code
Write high-quality, testable, and well-documented code
Engage in technical discussions and code reviews with a global team

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

GPA of 3.6 or higher (must be included in submission)

Undergraduate degree must be from : A Top 20 U.S. university, or An Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) , If applicable, Masters degree must also be from a Top 20 U.S. university or an IIT

2+ years of engineering experience for junior-level applicants

5+ years of engineering experience for senior-level applicants

Proficiency in one or more of : Python, Go, Java, or C++

Experience with distributed systems, backend development, or infrastructure

Proven track record of shipping production-quality software

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree from a Top 20 U.S. university or IIT

Experience at early-stage startups or fast-scaling product companies

Familiarity with AI / ML systems or enterprise SaaS platforms
