Pay Information $1,840 per week About The Position Job Title : Registered Nurse Profession : RN Specialty : Emergency Department Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : 1-2 years in an emergency department or 2 years in a Level 2 trauma facility License : Current RN License in the state of Missouri Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS (must obtain prior to start) Must-Have Skills / Experience : 1 year in an emergency department in a Level 1 trauma facility or 2 years in a Level 2 trauma facility Description : Position requires a dedicated and experienced registered nurse. The role involves performing direct patient care activities for all age groups including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The nurse will monitor and coordinate patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Maintaining professional accountability for the provision of patient care is essential. The position requires evaluation of the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordination of patient care in conjunction with other departments is necessary. Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of patient information is crucial. The nurse will function within the established guidelines of nursing practice and support the organization's mission and values. Demonstrated skill in human relations and communication is required.
