A company is looking for a Program Advisor to coach and guide teacher applicants and interns through an alternative teaching certification program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and mentorship to applicants and interns in the certification program
Gain expertise in certification / licensure programs and assist candidates in strategizing their progress
Manage communications, including calls and emails, and support state operations with relationship building and events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from a leading university or equivalent experience in an educational or administrative role
1-2 years of customer service and / or sales experience
