[job_card.job_description]Location : San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675 Schedule : Sunday–Thursday, 3 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM Pay Range : $45–$55 / hour Duration : 6 months Perform complex clinical laboratory tests with accuracy and efficiency. Prepare reagents and assist in evaluating new testing materials and procedures. Conduct routine equipment maintenance, calibrations, and quality control checks. Assess specimen acceptability and review results, ensuring appropriate follow-up on critical values. Provide training and oversight to unlicensed laboratory personnel. Follow all safety, quality, and infection control protocols. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field. Licensure : Current California CLS license required. Experience : 0–3 years in a clinical laboratory setting. Skills : Proficiency with Microsoft Office; strong typing skills; automation experience is a plus. Ability to frequently lift 1–25 lbs and perform repetitive movements. Strong hand–eye coordination and the ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation. Consistent, punctual attendance for scheduled shifts.
