Salary : $13 - $16 per hour based on experience
Responsibilities
Provide in-home care services as neededProvides direction to caregivers.Conducts in-person training for caregivers.Conducts client supervisory visitsConducts client & caregiver check-ins.Accurately maintains and completes filling in client / employee records as needed.Maintain confidentiality of patients, employees and other company related information.Complies with company policies and procedures.Attends appropriate staff meetings.Participates in client-caregiver introductions.Perform the duties of a caregiver in a stand-in capacity.Participates engagement events / activities.Report any changes to client's health, needs or living conditions.Communicate with client & client families in a respectful manner.Treat client and client's property with respectChart in SmartCareComplete Trainings and OrientationsQualifications
