General Role Overview : As a Radiation Oncologist, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated physicians who focus on the best for their patients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and oversee high-quality radiation treatment plans for patients with various conditions.
• Implement and monitor continuous quality control and quality assurance measures.
• Maintain compliance with the highest standards of patient care documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate and interpret medical records and exams; demonstrate proficiency in patient history and examinations.
• Develop comprehensive treatment recommendations based on critical clinical and diagnostic findings.
• Communicate effectively with peers and staff at all levels while advocating for advancements in radiation oncology treatments.
• Participate actively in peer reviews and Safety Committee meetings; attend monthly Tumor Board sessions.

Preferred Qualifications :

Compensation for this role typically ranges from $385,500 to $708,000, based on local job market factors, education, and experience. This salary includes both base pay and bonuses, which may increase based on performance. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including equity stock purchase and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
