Note : The compensation range(s) in the table below represent the base salaries for all positions at a given grade across the health system. Typically, a new hire can expect a starting salary somewhere in the lower part of the range. Actual salaries may vary by position and will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience. No employee will be paid below the minimum of the range. Pay ranges are listed as hourly for non-exempt employees and based on assumed full time commitment for exempt employees.

Baystate Health, Western Massachusetts's premier healthcare provider, is looking for a Full-time Practice Associate to join our experienced Employee Health Services team in Springfield, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES : Baystate Health's Practice Associates perform a wide range of administrative and clerical support duties, including program monitoring, appointment scheduling, reception services, record maintenance, data entry, and general office support. This role supports clinical operations by ensuring accurate documentation, timely communication, and efficient coordination of services.

SCHEDULE :

Full-time, 40 hours a week

Monday through Friday, 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm

No weekends, No holidays

LOCATION :

2 Medical Center Drive

Springfield, MA

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or GED, required

Must have at least two years experience as a Patient Service Rep II

Great interpersonal skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment a MUST

Medical terminology, keyboard, Microsoft office products, schedule systems, medical records (electronic and paper), billing, basic math, language, reading and writing, customer service
