An excellent opportunity has opened for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a well-established hospital near Columbia, MO. This hospital, which is affiliated with a renowned Osteopathic Medicine school, offers an ideal environment for both new and experienced surgeons looking to advance their careers in a supportive and collaborative community.

Position Highlights :

• Employed Position

Join an established team with access to all necessary equipment, including X-ray and other diagnostic tools

Participate in a manageable 10 days of call per month, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule

Benefit from 24 / 7 anesthesia coverage with DO / MD supervision and access to 3 main operating rooms with block scheduling

Engage in teaching with 5 residency programs, including Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Dermatology, and Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal residency programs

Work in a Level III Trauma Center and a Certified Chest Pain Center

Currently, two other orthopedic surgeons are on staff to collaborate and share best practices

Qualifications :

Must be certified or eligible in orthopedic surgery

Both experienced surgeons and new graduates are encouraged to apply
