The Global GTM Transformation & M&A team at ServiceNow drives clarity, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across our global Sales, Customer Success, and Partner ecosystem. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Manager, GTM Transformation who combines strategic thinking with a bias for action - someone who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to make strategy real. This role offers C-suite visibility and the opportunity to influence the direction of ServiceNow's go-to-market organization while helping execute key transformation initiatives that deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy

• Support and lead portions of strategic projects that shape the future of our go-to-market model.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on GTM performance, market trends, and sales effectiveness to uncover insights that drive leadership decisions.
• Develop models, frameworks, and business cases to support high-impact strategic recommendations.

GTM Operational Execution

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Exposure

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have :

FD21 For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $171,000 - $299,300, plus equity (when applicable), variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
