About the Role :

Join our passionate team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infants Lead Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire children aged 6 to 12 months. We are dedicated to providing a loving and enriching environment that fosters early development and learning.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.
• Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt activities accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and development.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting that promotes exploration.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements :

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in a childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and staff.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
• Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
• Background check required prior to employment.
