Responsibilities

• Process Auto & Home insurance quotes
• Assist with applications and client records
• Provide basic customer support
• Learn agency systems, carriers, and workflows
  
  

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Willingness to learn and follow processes
• Good communication skills
• Sales or customer service experience a plus (not required)
