Location: Sylmar & Pasadena
Compensation: $35/hour
Schedules: All part-time/per diem/on-call shifts

• 🕖 Weekday Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 🕖 Weekend Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Sat-Sun)
• 🕖Weekday PM Shift 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

💼 Position Highlights:


As a Nurse Assistant Training (NAT) Instructor, you’ll:

• Deliver engaging classroom and clinical instruction.
• Evaluate student performance with guidance and encouragement.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and maintain a supportive learning environment.
• Help students develop the confidence, skills, and compassion that define outstanding nursing assistants.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• A current LVN license in good standing (California)
• At least 2 years of nursing experience, with 1+ year in long-term care or working with the elderly/chronically ill (e.g., nursing home, assisted living, hospice, or hospital setting)
• A DSD Certificate (can be completed online in just 24 hours)
• Teaching experience is a plus but not required—we’ll support your success
• Flexible with location of clinical site
• Must be committed and reliable
