Join us as an Home Care Business Operations Manager with ComForCare Home Care of Clarksville located at 1808 Memorial Cir., Suite D, Clarksville, TN 37043. This is a full-time position requiring at least 5 years of experience in operations, specifically in home care. The salary will be announced at a later date, with a flexible start date of ASAP.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of our caregiving team
• Ensure all care services are delivered with compassion, efficiency, and professionalism
• Supervise care staff and office coordinators; provide support, coaching, and guidance
• Manage client intake, care plans, scheduling, and quality checks
• Ensure compliance with caregiving standards and local regulations
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
• Monitor performance, track KPIs, and implement improvements

What We're Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field is required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations or leadership role in In-Home Care
• Will be managing 30 people or more
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure with grace
• Familiarity with caregiving compliance, scheduling tools, and operational systems
