Summary : National Capital Treatment & Recovery-formerly known as Phoenix House-is a respected nonprofit behavioral health organization with over 60 years of service offering residential and outpatient care for people with substance use disorders. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Men's Residential Treatment Program in Arlington, VA .
Please note : There is a required training and orientation period when you first start working where attendance and completion of all trainings will be mandatory to remain employed. Please ensure if you are interested in this position that you have the availability to commit to this.
Part-Time Shift :
Every other Saturday and Sunday 4pm-12 : 30am
Pay : $30-35 an hour- with an opportunity to earn more based on experience, degrees, and other relevant qualifications.
THE PROGRAM :
The program is a 64-bed residential program that offers medically monitored and clinically managed intensive residential treatment services for adult men with substance use and co-occurring disorders. This intensive residential program helps break the cycle of drug and alcohol abuse and equips men with the tools needed to be successful at the next appropriate level of care.
As an LPN on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, person-centered care during one of the most critical phases of treatment. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team-providing medical support, monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medications, and helping clients stabilize in a supportive, structured environment.
