1st Shift Hours- 6am-3pm- Chance for mandatory overtime on Saturdays.
HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA or EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
Responsibilities:
- Install various factory accessories and assemble sub-components following specified drawings and procedures
- Use pneumatic tools, hand tools, fixtures, and mini presses to complete assemblies
- Perform quality checks against standard drawings
- Stage and deliver materials from supermarkets to assembly points
- Complete daily performance tracking to meet efficiency targets
- Assist in training other assemblers when needed
- Report non-conforming parts and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain a safe and organized work area
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
- Good dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable with periodic stooping/bending and frequent walking/standing
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Excellent Attendance

1-4 years
Qualifications:
-High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of prior industrial/manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and write in English
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
