Summary :

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to work at retail store locations, both as part of a team and independently. In this role, you will stock and display fresh plant material, unload plants from delivery racks, and maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays. You will also communicate regularly with coworkers, vendors, and retail associates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Stock and display fresh plant material in garden centers from our delivery racks.
• Help maintain a sales-ready appearance for all plants and displays.
• Work and communicate cooperatively with coworkers, vendors and retail associates.
• Remove and dispose of non-sellable plants.
• Assist in performing inventory cycle counts.
• Assist with resets, building displays, and special events.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and safe.
• Use various tools such as pallet jacks, pruners, ladders, and more.
• Work assigned schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Ensure empty delivery racks are ready and available for pickup
