We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior SEM Program Manager to execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across SEM, paid social, and display to drive high-quality consumer acquisition and revenue growth. This role blends analytical rigor with creative testing to scale customer acquisition efficiently and sustainably in the careers industry for both B2B and B2C audiences.

We combine performance marketing and creative experimentation to attract the right B2B and B2C audiences and optimize every step of the acquisition journey. What You'll Do

• Campaign Ownership : Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across paid channels such as Google Ads and Meta, with clear performance goals (CAC, ROAS, subscription growth).
• Data-Driven Optimization : Manage daily pacing, bids, audiences, and budgets; continuously A / B test creative, copy, and targeting to improve conversion rates and efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with Product, Analytics, and Design teams to align paid campaigns with landing-page experiences, messaging, and customer insights.
• Full-Funnel Analysis : Track and report on channel performance across awareness, acquisition, and retention; surface insights that inform creative and budget strategy.
• Efficiency Metrics : Monitor CAC efficiency, LTV : CAC, and payback period; propose data-based adjustments to improve ROI.
• Innovation & Experimentation : Identify new paid platforms, formats, or audiences to test and scale.
• Vendor / Platform Management : Coordinate with external partners, platforms, or agencies to ensure execution quality and cost control.

Starting Pay Range

$115,000$130,000 USD

Pay Transparency

Individual pay is based on location, transferable skills, experience, and other relevant factors. This estimated range is based on the best available market data and factors, all of which are subject to change. This position may also be eligible for a bonus and medical, dental, vision, life, short and long-term disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, sick leave, and paid holidays, all subject to applicable plan terms.
