The role :

You will oversee, design, implement, and maintain the information technology systems for the organization. The System Administrator will maintain the company's Active Directory, Windows server environment including deployment, configuration, patching, and maintenance. This position will also focus on the USA storage and backup systems including snapshots, cloning, and mirroring. This role will also be responsible for managing and streamlining the Desktop / Laptop imaging process.

Our internal and external clients and expect top-notch delivery which requires a consistent and reliable communication ecosystem. You will be a key player, working with a collaborative and inclusive team to enhance and improve the network infrastructure that supports two main corporate locations and multiple Boutiques. The role will drive efficiency and quality in infrastructure and align with local and global security to ensure the implementation of best practices.

• Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory in a hybrid deployment ensuring seamless user access and security protocols.
• Oversee Microsoft O365 administrative functions, optimizing collaboration tools and ensuring efficient user management.
• Own the systems monitoring software and utilize SolarWinds to proactively identify and address potential issues.
• Demonstrate proficiency in VMware, effectively managing virtualized environments and associated functions.
• Lead laptop deployment and streamline onboarding process for new and existing users, facilitating a smooth integration of technology equipment.
