About the Role :

The Clinical Manager (BCBA) at ABA Enhancement LLC in Texas plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to clients with developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for providing clinical leadership, ensuring treatment plans are evidence-based, and supervising a team of behavior technicians and therapists. The Clinical Manager will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to tailor interventions that promote meaningful client progress. Additionally, this role involves ongoing data analysis and program adjustments to optimize therapeutic outcomes. Ultimately, the Clinical Manager ensures compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a supportive and growth-oriented clinical environment.

The ability to interpret behavioral data and translate it into actionable clinical decisions is critical for monitoring client progress and adjusting interventions. Collaboration skills facilitate productive partnerships with families and interdisciplinary teams, enhancing holistic care. Additionally, organizational skills ensure compliance with documentation standards and regulatory requirements, supporting the overall integrity of clinical operations.

Hours of Service are from Monday- Friday from 8am-8pm
