A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to lead HR functions and optimize the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities
Manage benefits administration and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
Oversee Workday system configuration, data analytics, and reporting for strategic insights
Support employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
7+ years of progressive human resources experience, with at least 5 years in management
Thorough knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, or related field preferred
Professional in human resources certification (PHR or SHRM certification) is desirable
Experience in a professional services firm or technology environment is a plus
