Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls to assist customers with their unique needs
Set up new claim reports for customers involved in accidents
Offer additional products to customers during interactions
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years relevant work experience
OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
Customer service experience
Willingness to work full-time, including evenings and weekends
