Prior experience in aggregate or asphalt sales strongly preferred. Salesforce experience is a plus. Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must reside within the assigned territory. Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights / weekends as needed. Pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Competitive base salary + bonus Car allowance and mileage reimbursement

Position Overview
APAC Alabama is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Central Alabama . In this role, you’ll be responsible for marketing and selling our crushed rock and asphalt products , expanding our customer base, and developing new markets. You’ll manage your territory with a focus on achieving sales goals, building strong client relationships, and supporting infrastructure development across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share and profitability.
- Identify and bid on projects within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell crushed rock and asphalt products to contractors, municipalities, and industrial clients.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive pricing to inform sales tactics.
- Provide accurate material quotes and manage orders through our tracking system.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate sales efforts across overlapping geographic markets and leverage the CRH portfolio.
- Track inventory levels to ensure product availability.
- Represent the company at industry events, training programs, and networking forums.
