Job Overview

As an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing the daily execution and delivery of outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in understanding customer requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of shipments and ensure timely and accurate handling of customer data and requirements.
• Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates to customers.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and urgency.
• Promote digital tools and ensure customer awareness and usage.
• Lead or support system implementations and training as needed.
• Participate in compliance activities and internal audits.
• Drive customer retention and growth by upselling services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct ongoing gross profit analysis and work closely with procurement and pricing teams.
