[job_card.job_description]Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping / receiving, or supply chain operations preferred. Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or inventory management systems (NetSuite experience a plus). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally between warehouse, sales, and accounting teams. About the Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our Wholesale Operations team. This position supports the General Manager of Wholesale Operations and plays a key role in coordinating logistics, inventory, and order flow across our wholesale business. If you're someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and keeping things moving behind the scenes, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within our fast-paced, family-owned organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Import Sales Orders from Customers and verify order accuracy before processing.
- Process paperwork for outbound shipments , including bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices.
- Schedule outbound shipments with carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Schedule import deliveries and coordinate receiving schedules with warehouse teams.
- Provide inventory management support , assisting with reconciliations, counts, and adjustments.
- Communicate with freight carriers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain smooth order flow.
- Assist the General Manager with reporting, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and support logistics performance reporting.
