Position Title : Medical Laboratory Scientist

Location : Fort Worth TX

Job Type : Contract Local

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days (FriSun 8-hour shifts)

Pay Rate : $30 $32 / hr ($720 $768 / week)

Job Summary :

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Medical Laboratory Scientist for an exciting job in Fort Worth TX.

Responsibilities :

Conduct a variety of laboratory tests in disciplines such as chemistry hematology microbiology urinalysis and transfusion services.

Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by following standard operating procedures and quality control measures.

Operate maintain and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and analyzers.

Verify interpret and report test results promptly and accurately.

Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver precise diagnostic data.

Maintain compliance with CLIA CAP and facility regulations.

Adhere to all infection control safety and quality assurance standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications :

Certification : ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) or equivalent required.

Education : Bachelors degree in Medical Laboratory Science Medical Technology or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in an acute care laboratory setting.

Preferred : MLS credential; MLT candidates may be considered.

Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Availability : Must be available to work FridaySunday 2 : 00 PM 10 : 30 PM for the duration of the 13-week assignment.
