Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound / outbound calls and digital inquiries across various platforms
Troubleshoot issues and provide clear solutions to students
Meet and exceed KPIs related to efficiency and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Experience in a call center environment is required
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume operational setting is essential
Ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights
