  • 6+ years of sales and management experience , with a proven track record of leading successful teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with a servant leadership approach .
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about making a positive impact.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
