A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to drive client success and product adoption for their Radar AI product-line.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical account manager for Radar AI subscribers, overseeing onboarding and activation
Serve as a liaison between product enhancements and client feedback, ensuring effective communication and implementation
Collaborate with growth teams to track adoption, retention, and identify upsell opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
Deep understanding of real estate and seller pipeline strategy
Experience in a SaaS business environment or enterprise software is highly preferred
Operational discipline with familiarity in managing tasks within a CRM platform
Knowledge of Salesforce and FUB CRMs is a plus
