Qualified candidates should expect a call from the designated area code. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will contribute professional nursing knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The nursing process will be applied effectively in your practice. You may be required to float across all campuses as needed. The unit consists of 45 beds with a patient ratio of 1 : 1 to 2. You will care for high-risk obstetric patients, including antepartum, c-sections, and vaginal deliveries. Common drips administered include magnesium, insulin, and pitocin. Hospital-provided scrubs will be available for use. You will participate in a holiday rotation, including working two of three major winter holidays. Availability to work weekends every third week is required.
