The Finance Data Analyst- Operations will center around data mining, reporting, and building strong data governance practices that improve accuracy, consistency, and trust across the organization. Working closely with operations, sourcing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure data is clean, reliable, and actionable.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN :
Data Mining and Exploration 35% of time
Extract, clean and structure large datasets from operations systemsIdentify patterns, anomalies, and performance drivers across production, yield, waste, and supply chain dataDevelop repeatable analytical models that support forecasting, cost analysis, operational planning, and KPI monitoring such as production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillmentData Governance and Data Quality Improvement 30% of time
Establish and maintain data standards for materials, suppliers, production lines, and quality attributesMonitor data quality metrics and proactively identify consistencies, gaps, and errorsPartner with system owners to improve data entry workflows and reduce manual or duplicate inputsReporting and Dashboard Development 20% of time
Build automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into operational KPIsCreate standardized reporting packages for weekly and monthly business reviewsEnhance visualization clarity to make insights accessible to non-technical stakeholdersBusiness Analysis Foundations 15% of time
Document operational processes and identify opportunities for data-driven improvementsSupport cross functional projects by translating business questions into analytical tasks and align operational strategies with business objectivesWHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED :
Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field1-4 years of experience in data analysis, preferable in manufacturing or CPGStrong SQL, Excel, and BI tool skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insightsYOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT :
