We are currently seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential claims throughout Seattle and the surrounding Puget Sound region. This role is ideal for independent adjusters looking for consistent work and the flexibility of field-based assignments.

What You'll Do:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property damage caused by wind, water, fire, and other covered perils

• Capture detailed documentation, including photos and clear written reports

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through submission while meeting reporting deadlines

What You'll Need:

• Licensing: Active Washington adjuster license or ability to obtain one

• Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field tools

• Work Style: Self-directed, organized, and dependable

• Responsiveness: Ability to accept and complete assignments promptly
