We are seeking a Full Time Medical Ophthalmologist to join a well-established Private Practice in Cheektowaga, New York!

DETAILS

• Full Time - Medical Ophthalmologist
• 5 clinic days per week
• 40-50 patients per day
• Strong Tech & Staff Support including Clinical Supervisors and Scribes
• OD in the practice takes all the call - MDs are secondary call 1 week per month (very rarely gets called)

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS

• Year 1 Base: $285,000 + 25% after threshold + bonus for patients scheduled for any kind of surgery
• Up to $10,000 for Relocation Assistance
• Opportunity to be a shareholder in the ASC (after 1 year)

• 401k + company matches 50% of the first 4% contributed (eligible after 1 Year Anniversary)
• PTO: Starts at 4 weeks
• Year 2 = 5 weeks PTO
