A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
Research customer inquiries and ensure timely responses while managing call volumes
Process requests and document files accurately within assigned authority levels
Required Qualifications and Education
One or more active licenses in Property & Casualty
2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience preferred
Experience with homeowners' insurance is preferred
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
