A company is looking for a Strategic Services Associate - Clinical Documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee projects and process improvement initiatives within the Clinical Documentation division
Serve as an expert resource on performance improvement and compliance, analyzing data to identify trends
Utilize Epic reporting tools to identify opportunities for improved performance and revenue capture
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business or health-related field; Master's degree and Epic certification / proficiency preferred
Minimum of 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in performance / process improvement
Coding Certification is a plus; Epic revenue cycle certification / proficiency desired
PMP certification is a plus
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and healthcare data analysis required
