Are you a talented and passionate Sous Chef looking for an exciting opportunity to travel while making a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Traveling Executive Chef to support our Morrison accounts in Orlando and Nationwide. This role is perfect for a culinary professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys variety, and is committed to delivering high-quality meals in healthcare settings.

What You’ll Do :

Travel to hospital locations across the country to provide culinary support as needed.

Assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency.

Train and support on-site culinary teams, implementing standardized recipes and procedures.

Maintain compliance with healthcare food service regulations and dietary requirements.

Bring creativity and leadership to enhance patient, staff, and visitor dining experiences.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar leadership role in food service.

Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or high-volume food service is preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% of the time).

Strong knowledge of food safety standards (ServSafe certification preferred).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams.
