Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join Casca and ensure the quality and reliability of our Loan Origination System. The ideal candidate will develop and execute test strategies, create automated test frameworks, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of our products throughout the development lifecycle. You will play a critical role in delivering seamless, high-quality user experiences that align with Casca's mission to provide world-class software to the banking industry.

What you'll do

• Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution
• Develop, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for our platform, ensuring coverage of functional, performance, and usability aspects
• Define and monitor quality metrics to assess product performance and user satisfaction, providing actionable insights to improve product quality
• Conduct regression testing to ensure new features and updates do not negatively impact existing functionality
• Stay updated on QA methodologies, tools, and industry best practices to enhance testing processes and product quality
