Key Responsibilities

• Develop write and debug CMM inspection programs from CAD models and engineering drawings.
• Perform complex dimensional inspections of manufactured parts using CMMs.
• Analyze CMM data generate detailed inspection reports and identify non-conformances.
• Design and create appropriate fixturing for parts to be inspected on the CMM.
• Validate and optimize CMM programs to ensure accuracy repeatability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve measurement challenges and improve product quality.
• Perform routine calibration checks and minor maintenance on CMM equipment.
