Are you a tech-savvy project leader who loves turning operational challenges into streamlined, scalable solutions? Our Retail Service Operations team is looking for a Services Operations Program Manager to drive technology-enabled improvements across our retail network.

What You’ll Do

• Lead tech-focused Retail Service Operations projects (systems upgrades, reporting enhancements, new retail workflows)
• Build project plans, manage timelines, and track progress using PMO tools (Smartsheet, dashboards, automations)
• Drive portfolio health with clear reporting, risk management, and executive visibility
• Coach teams on project methodology and tool best practices
• Implement scalable processes and enhance digital project management capabilities
• Support change management and drive continuous improvement across retail operations
