The Senior Director, Facilities, Real Estate & Security Operations is a strategic and operational leader responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and management of InnovAges physical infrastructure across 25+ sites in 7 states. This role integrates facilities management, real estate development, physical security compliance, and facilities finance to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective environments that support high-quality care delivery in a PACE healthcare setting. Reporting to SVP of Care Support, the Senior Director will lead cross-functional teams and external partners to drive operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth initiatives aligned with InnovAges mission.

Essential Functions and Work Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site facilities operations, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
• Oversee facility services, vendor relationships, and landlord coordination to ensure optimal building performance.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives and energy tracking programs.
• Manage facility-related KPIs, work order systems, and compliance with healthcare standards.

$159,200-$180,000

The pay may vary depending on job related factors, such as work location, experience, knowledge, skills, education, certifications, training and internal equity.
