Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate cost estimates
• Prepare itemized material and labor takeoffs
• Calculate cost factors for use in project planning, vendor selection, and bid preparation
• Conduct cost reduction and efficiency studies
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project requirements and resolve estimate-related questions
• Maintain and organize historical estimating data and tools
• Review completed projects to compare estimated vs. actual costs and identify discrepancies
• Recommend improvements to enhance accuracy and reduce future estimate variances
• Identify cost trends to support management’s strategic decisions
• Promote and uphold job site safety, including PPE compliance during site visits
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position is paid hourly rate with overtime paid at time-and-a-half . The standard schedule is 45 hours per week (9 hours / day, Monday–Friday), which includes 5 hours of mandatory overtime each week. Based on this schedule, annual earnings are expected to range from approximately $74,000 to $88,000, depending on overtime and experience.
