This is a key leadership role for a proven construction professional with experience managing large-scale federal projects ($40M+) and a strong track record of field leadership on complex commercial jobs.

In this position, you'll lead project execution from the fieldoverseeing site logistics, field staff, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality controlwhile ensuring compliance with safety and cost goals. You'll collaborate closely with the Project Manager and executive team to drive overall project success. What We're Looking For :

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction (federal work preferred)
• History of leading projects $40M+ as a Superintendent
• Strong ability to read plans, manage scopes, and lead diverse field teams
• General Contractor background required
• Confident, driven, and passionate about operational excellence
