The ideal candidate will have experience operating various machines and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for setting up of line equipment and operation in a production environment. This position includes multiple tasks that require GMP practices and timely delivery to customers. This role requires proper documentation of material usage and down time.Duties

• Set-up, load, start, adjust process variables, diagnose, troubleshoot and properly shut down process equipment in accordance to production schedules and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production documentation as required.
• Follow procedures for machine operation insuring the highest level of machine efficiency and product yield.
• Operate machinery per production requirements while inspecting finished product for quality.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently throughout the manufacturing facility.
• Collaborate with team members on assembly lines for efficient workflow.
• Perform minor maintenance on production equipment to ensure that production can be met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety regulations.
• Follow all safety rules and procedures while performing tasks.
• It requires walking, standing and bending for up to 12 hours. Lifting to 30 lbs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing and Operating Machinery.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and assembly processes.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to manufacturing tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
