Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a global commercial roadmap across events, digital channels, licensing, and experiences
Build premium sponsorship packages and secure brand-aligned partnerships
Identify and negotiate global licensing opportunities while maintaining brand integrity
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in brand partnerships, commercial strategy, or licensing
Proven results in sponsorship sales and brand monetisation
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills at C-suite and celebrity level
Strategic and creative thinker with strong commercial instincts
Experience managing or producing premium events or experiences
