Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Service Areas : Northeast / Northwest Houston (Full Time) or Southeast Houston ()

Responsibilities :

• Assist in the facilitation of rehabilitation of patients with emotional physical or mental disabilities.
• Assist in the implementation of physical therapy care plans.
• Assist with the coordination of care with the home healthcare team.
• Educate patients and family members about health conditions.
• Prepare timely complete and accurate clinical notes.
• Communicate effectively with patients caregivers healthcare providers office support and other care team members.
