Purpose
Responsible for working with business development and the executive team to produce creative and effective presentations and other marketing materials for the agency, prospects and clients.
Responsibilities
Collaborate seamlessly with cross‑functional teams to produce high‑quality creative and effective presentations and deliverables on time in a fast‑paced environment.
Create presentation artwork including data visualizations, iconography and infographics.
Design and produce digital presentations and print collateral.
Design custom presentation templates for client and internal teams.
Internal expert in presentation / marketing design and presentation applications (ie Google Slides and PowerPoint).
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and expectations.
In collaboration with PM and Business Development teams, maintain the agency credential / RFP workflow; research new presentation technologies and maintain marketing asset libraries.
Communicate openly and frequently regarding project status and timeline(s).
Proactively seek approvals from the designated creative lead.
Actively and consistently improve skill level in existing and emerging technologies.

Demonstrated knowledge of Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Edge Animate / Flash, Illustrator, Word, Excel, Figma, graphic file formats and optimization for different platforms (print, web, mobile, etc.).
Expertise in presentation design, including advanced Google Slides and PowerPoint skills and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates originality, creativity, innovative and effective design.
Experience
Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience producing presentations and collateral in a creative agency; agency experience working with a range of industries a plus.
Salary Range
Our estimated range for this role is $65 - $80k.
