As theSoftware Engineering Manager,you will play a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding engineers, ensuring successful project execution, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will work with various stakeholders to set priorities, develop schedules, and create an achievable execution strategy for the engineering team to follow. This role is based in Boulder, CO and requires 100% in-person work.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing software development processes and procedures, ensuring consistent standard and best practices across multiple product development initiatives.
• Help create long-term roadmaps while ensuring short-term sprint objectives are met.
• Develop and administer technical training and certification programs to enhance the skills and expertise of the team.
• Work with engineers from other disciplines to develop software requirements and support design artifacts
• Help foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
