As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative, you’ll have the unique opportunity to earn an average of $80,000 to $125,000 in your first year through 100% commission, while also enjoying provided meals on the job.

This 1099, 100% commission-based role is perfect for someone looking to dive into a lucrative sales career with uncapped earning potential. As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly in residential areas, engaging with potential customers, presenting our services, and helping them make informed purchasing decisions. Your income grows with every sale you make, making this an ideal opportunity for ambitious individuals who want to be rewarded for their hard work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct door-to-door sales in residential areas, introducing customers to our client’s products and services.
  • Build rapport with potential customers and identify their specific needs.
  • Present product options and solutions that align with customers' needs and preferences.
  • Close sales by effectively communicating the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Track daily sales activities and customer interactions to meet individual and team goals.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Utilize company-provided meals to stay energized and focused on the job.

Requirements :

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive, results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and engaging with customers directly.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related sales experience is a plus.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to designated residential areas.
