[job_card.job_description]Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts Helping members set and achieve goals Making sure members are using correct form and offering corrections if they arent Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general, and being aware of what the competition is doing Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout Being a team player Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics Ability to multi-task and stay organized Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, Bachelors degree in an exercise related field is preferred CPR / AED certification 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs 5 : 00AM, 6 : 15AM, 7 : 30AM, 9 : 15AM, 12PM, 4 : 30PM, 5 : 45PM & 7PM Weekend shifts include 7 : 00AM, 8 : 15AM, 9 : 30AM, 10 : 45AM Must be able to coach 6-8 classes, up to 12 to 15 for full time employees. Weekends preferred.
