Project Manager

Responsibilities :
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing research projects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including proposals, timelines, cost estimates, and progress reports.
- Communicate potential challenges, risks, or uncertainties to project leadership while proposing effective solutions.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and clients as needed.
- Oversee on-site activities such as project setup, respondent recruitment tracking, and event logistics.
- Handle venue sourcing and logistics, ensuring smooth operations during project events.
- Manage shipping coordination and other administrative tasks to support project execution.
- Conduct training sessions and ensure team readiness for project delivery.
- Travel approximately once a month for on-site management, typically for about one week.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, event planning or related roles.Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.Proficiency in overseeing marketing research project timelines and coordinating with diverse teams.Experience in event coordination, including venue logistics and on-site management.Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and stakeholders.Ability to create and interpret detailed project plans and documentation.Ability to work remotely 20 days per month, with 5 days onsite traveling across the US per month.Willingness to travel for project-related activities, typically once a month.
