Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing research projects, ensuring seamless execution across planning, fieldwork, and reporting stages.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including proposals, timelines, cost estimates, and progress reports.
• Communicate potential challenges, risks, or uncertainties to project leadership while proposing effective solutions.
• Provide regular updates and status reports to leadership and clients as needed.
• Oversee on-site activities such as project setup, respondent recruitment tracking, and event logistics.
• Handle venue sourcing and logistics, ensuring smooth operations during project events.
• Manage shipping coordination and other administrative tasks to support project execution.
• Conduct training sessions and ensure team readiness for project delivery.
• Travel approximately once a month for on-site management, typically for about one week.
