Director of Finance Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounts receivable process, including tracking, collections, and reporting

Oversee commission processing and maintain accurate commission statements for the sales team

Coordinate recruitment operations and manage the applicant tracking system for hiring needs

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years in operational roles surrounding finance

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

Experience with accounts receivable / accounts payable and commission processing

Advanced proficiency in Excel / Sheets and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Ability to enforce policies impartially and engage with clients on overdue invoices
